Lead times (indicative and non-binding)
We offer two types of delivery, calculated in business days: standard and accelerated processing.
|Number of pages||Standard processing||Accelerated processing|
|(in business days)||(in business days)|
|1-4 pages||4-5 business days||2-3 business days|
|5-9 pages||5-7 business days||3-4 business days|
|10+ pages||7-10 business days||5-6 business days|
The lead times appearing above are valid for delivery by e-mail of a scanned copy of the original translation in PDF format. The lead time starts when your order is processed.
Working days are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4 p.m. (GMT+1) on working days or at the weekend will be processed from 9 a.m. on the following working day.
Lead times are indicative and will be definitively confirmed when your order is confirmed.
We will apply a surcharge for urgent translations (all requests for deliveries prior to the lead times indicated).
Translation work will only commence after payment has been received. Therefore, it is this date that is decisive when calculating a lead time for the document sent by e-mail, to which the postal delivery time should be added (this is usually between 1 and 3 days for France, 2-5 days for Europe and about 10 days outlside Europe, but depends on the mail service).
My translation is very urgent, what should I do?

Please note that there is a surcharge for urgent or express translations.
Delivery includes an e-mail copy of the translation in PDF format and of the original translation by post.
The rate covers delivery of the certified translation by standard post.
The rate does not include delivery by registered post.
Should you wish to use this service, you can add this option when finalising your order.
Ensure that you have entered the exact delivery address, that you have a letter box and that you name is clearly legible on the letter box.
We will accept no responsibility for the loss or non-delivery of post.
