The above lead times apply for the delivery by e-mail of a scanned copy of the original translation in PDF format.
Your lead time starts after your order has been processed.
Lead time is confirmed when your order is processed by ACSTraduction.
There is a higher surcharge for urgent translations than for an accelerated delivery (all requests for deliveries prior to the lead times indicated),
Working hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 4 p.m. (GMT+1) on working days, public holidays or at the weekend will be verified and processed from 8 a.m. on the following working day. The first day of the leadtime is the first business day after the verifiying step.
Calculation of lead times and payment for sworn translations
Translation work will only commence after payment has been received and your order verified and processed. Therefore, it is this latter date that is decisive when calculating a lead time for the documents sent by e-mail. This does not include the postal delivery time (usually 2-5 days for France, 3-6 days for Europe and about 10 days outside Europe, but depends on the mail service).
My translation is very urgent, what should I do?
For urgent certified translation services, please contact us by e-mail.
Make sure to attach the document to translate to the e-mail, and to tell us the language and the lead time requested.
We usually reply within 60 minutes during working days.
We can be reached by e-mail from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
You will receive your certified translation by e-mail in PDF format
If you have chosen to receive the paper copies, the hard copy of your certified translation will then be sent by post (standard letter).
Here are some recommendations to ensure the safe receipt of the hard copy of your certified translation:
- you have entered the exact delivery address,
- you have a letter box,
- your name is clearly legible on the letter box.
ACSTraduction cannot be hold liable for the loss or non-delivery of post due to a failure to comply with these requirements.
In such cases, any additional copies and mailings will be sent by registered mail and will be charged to you at the current rate.
